WHAT DO I NEED TO OPEN A COMPANY?

HOW MUCH IS THE COST TO OPEN A COMPANY IN FLORIDA STATE?
Our fee to register a company in Florida State is only $39.00 plus Florida State filing fees (between $125.00 and $150.00). You will also need to get your FEIN; that cost is only $50.00 with us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A COMPANY IN FLORIDA STATE?
Only 24 to 48 hours. When the Florida State Division of Corporations Office is operating without delay we can open the company during the same day.
WHEN I HAVE TO PAY MY COMPANY TAXES?
Company taxes are paid at the end of the year.
